Uniforms

Hello Parents

I hope this finds everyone healthy and safe as we become masters of social distancing and schooling at home. As our choir season came to a sudden end due to COVID 19, I wanted to reach out to discuss backpacks and choir uniforms. At this time, I am asking that your child’s uniform pieces be laundered as per instructions below and that choir backpacks be prepared for return. Please prepare your choir uniform pieces ASAP and store the backpack with all the choir pieces inside in a safe place. If you can bag the completed backpack in a garbage bag, that would be ideal. Preparation now will allow us to quickly plan a backpack drop off date when we are once again able to move more freely in our community.

Prepare your backpack:

  • Laundry instructions: wash all pieces (except for the boys’ purple ties and jazz shoes), inside out in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry. NO DRYER OR IRONING THE BLACK VELVET BLOUSE.
  • Ties: spot clean ties as necessary with cold water and a wash cloth.
  • Please: stack all t-shirts together and secure with an elastic band; place your jazz shoes together and secure with an elastic band. This ensures all pairs are together and makes it much easier for our uniform team. Thank you for your attendance to this simple practice.
  • Empty your backpack of all personal items (check all the pockets!) and ensure your backpack is clean and free of pet hair.
Thank you for your attendance to this matter. If you have ANY questions at all, please send me an email at cmrcameron@shaw.ca  We look forward to seeing you all again and wish that you stay well and safe.

Warm Regards,
