March 17th, UPDATED INFORMATION

Dear KTHC Parent/Guardians;

As I’m sure you have already surmised, we reluctantly have to cancel rehearsals for the Kamloops Thompson Honour Choir until further notice.  Our group reaches numbers over 50 when we are at full capacity and we cannot risk our members, nor their friends, family and loved ones. 

Our spring tour (Cantando in Sun Peaks) and school concerts (March 26th) and year end programs will also be cancelled. We understand there are many questions during this very trying and unprecedented time. At this point, we know that there will be full refunds issued if you have paid for the spring tour and or concerts, we are working out the details with regards to that. Those who have paid, will receive a separate e-mail from me regarding refunds. 

Please hold on to any and all uniforms and music until further notice. Once everything settles down, we will create a plan for uniform pick up/drop off. 

The safety of our choir members and their families is our top concern, and though we are extremely disappointed about the events, we know this is the right move for now.
